Moisture Management systems
HYDROTESTER

This unique aggregate and yield adjustment system operates on a probe mounted in the active flow area monitoring for material for the current batch, giving real time results. The PCS computer reads the probe, and adds the additional dry weight of the material, deducting any water in the material from the water to be added to the batch.



HYDROMAT
Compact Automatic Microwave Water Metering System

Automatically controls the concrete water/cement ratio by monitoring one wear resistant microwave moisture probe which is mounted in the mixer floor. The target water/cement ratio and actual cement weight are used by the PCS Control System to automatically and accurately determine the necessary water. The PCS control adds any required pre-wet water with the aggregate charging if defined in the recipe (e.g. for lightweight aggregates, etc.), or manual water addition is possible. Our PCS system has built-in software to calibrate, monitor, and operate the HYDROMAT system. You no longer need a second computer to run a mixer microwave moisture system, saving money, and improving reliability and ease-of-use. This system is recommended for applications where the highest degree of precision is required, such as Self Consolidating Concrete (SCC), Dry Cast products with low water/cement ratio and colored concrete. Real-time on screen graphics make operation simple.
